How I can help you
I’m a Mum of a baby girl and a well-rested sleep consultant. However, this was not always the case. I spent so much time searching to try and find solutions to some of our sleep issues, but nothing worked. It's hard to know which baby sleep information to rely on with Google and social media at our fingertips and it can be difficult to know what is best because there is so much information out there. That's where I come in! I decided to become a sleep consultant as I wanted to share the power of sleep with other families.

I work with exhausted parents who are eager to improve their child's sleep and get back to sleep themselves but don't know where to begin, or feel like they have tried everything! My sleep packages are gentle, personalised and thorough. I am passionate about what I do and I always take the time to understand your family routines and sleep goals. My approach is tailored to the needs of each individual family and my methods are simple to follow. I also provide 1-to-1 support, so you will never be left feeling confused.
